  • No Refunds After Setup Begins: Once the setup process begins, typically within 6 hours of your payment, refunds are no longer available.
  • Monthly Management: For subscription-based management, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

Pay-Per-Lead Model

  • 45-Day Guarantee:
    We offer a 45-day refund guarantee under the following terms:
    • The setup fee covers expenses such as purchasing domains, emails, and leads, and establishing the necessary cold email infrastructure.
    • These setup costs are non-refundable and are incurred from the first day of payment.
  • Refund Conditions:
    If we fail to deliver at least one booked meeting within 45 days of running your campaign, you may request a refund.
  • Industry-Specific Policy:
    This refund policy applies only to the Commercial Cleaning and Staffing/Recruitment Agencies industries. If you request services for another industry or negotiate a reduced setup fee, the refund policy will not apply.
