3. Refund Eligibility: If, for any reason, we are unable to initiate the setup process within the agreed-upon time frame or if we fail to procure the necessary tools as specified, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

4. Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your engagement with HTCA.PRO before the setup process has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

5. Cancellation by HTCA.PRO: If HTCA.PRO is unable to fulfill the setup process for reasons such as unavailability of tools, technical limitations, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
